Penn Hills Resort is located in the Stroud Township, Monroe County in Pennsylvania. Once upon a time, it was a Resort for honeymoon with distinctive, modernist streetlights as well as an ice rink and a wedding bell shaped outdoor swimming pool. We are newly married couples.
